Family Packages
Our Family packages provide monthly allowances ranging from 1GB to 120GB which are used between 08:00hrs and 00:00hrs Monday to Friday, outside of these times usage is unmetered. Additional bandwidth can be purchased in the form of pre-pay top-ups or on a per 1GB post-pay basis.

Extra Bandwidth
The account default is to purchase additional bandwidth in the form of pre-pay top-ups. The top-ups do not expire and are only lost if you close your broadband account. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for overusage on a per 1GB post-pay basis. This can be selected in the control panel or requested by calling us on the number below. As this limit is reached the customer will be notified by email.

Migration
For migration you will require your MAC code from your existing broadband supplier, transfer is usually within 5 to 10 days. Some ISP's charge a cancellation fee if you break your existing contract. It is important that you do not cancel your existing broadband account before requesting a MAC code, if a cease request has been placed on your line the connection cannot be transferred to us.
LLU Migration - The migration fee for moving from a LLU - Local Loop Unbundled (non BT line) service provider is £40.00 (£48.00 inc VAT). This is because extra work needs to carried out at the exchange to disconnect the connection from your old broadband provider back onto the BT network, this is the fee charged to us by BT Openreach. LLU MAC codes usually start LL. If you want to migrate your broadband service to us please call 01244 458765.
Charges
Activation - The activation fee is £40.00. This is an "up front" charge and not hidden in a cancellation fee. The activation charge is only applicable for new broadband connections.
Other fees
Order cancellation Charge £69.38 + VAT - This charge is applied where a line provision order which has already been progressed to Openreach is cancelled prior to the order delivery date.
End user regrade £5.00 + VAT - To move from a Family to Business package or vice versa (there is no fee for allowance band changes).
ADSL Fasttrack £130.00 + VAT - This is the cost to expedite a order.
SFI Charge £144.00 + VAT
Aborted Visit charge £85.00 + VAT
